House Rules for Our Photo Studio
• Respect the Space – Please leave the room as you found it. Clean up any props or equipment after your shoot.
• No Smoking – Smoking, vaping, and open flames are not allowed inside the building.
• Outside Food & Drinks Allowed – Feel free to bring refreshments, but please clean up afterward.
• Be Mindful of Noise – Keep music and noise at a respectful level, especially if other guests are in the building.
• No Permanent Changes – Please don’t nail, tape, or attach anything to walls, ceilings, or furniture that could cause damage.
• Pets – We love animals, feel free to bring them, you are responsible for cleaning up after them.
• Alcohol is Allowed (Within Reason) – You may bring alcohol, but excessive drinking or disruptive behavior won’t be tolerated.
• Time Management – Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. Please be out of the space by the time your booking ends.
• Report Any Issues – If something breaks or isn’t working, let us know ASAP. Accidents happen, but we appreciate honesty.

The apartment includes two spacious rooms — Room #1 330 square ft — Room #2 255 square ft — available to rent individually for $75 per hour or $100 per hour together for a larger setup. Whether you’re capturing portraits, product shots, or lifestyle content, this space provides the perfect backdrop with its charming character and flexible layout.
Located in the heart of Front Royal, this studio is ideal for photographers, influencers, and creatives looking for a stylish, naturally lit environment.
